This animated video project aims to teach dog owners living in a city best practices when walking their dogs, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Research Phase: 

To ensure the video's effectiveness, I devoted substantial time to researching the best practices for safely walking dogs in a city environment. Additionally, I explored ways to encourage positive walking behavior in dogs.

 

Mind Map Creation: 

Before beginning the video development, I created a mind map with suggestions and best practices for urban dog walking. This helped me organize the information gathered during my research phase, serving as a roadmap for the subsequent steps, including script development.

Scripting & Recording:

Through my instructional expertise, I crafted a script using adult learning principles to captivate and engage the learner effectively. The video includes relatable scenarios, such as a bustling and distraction-filled park, which will draw the learner's attention and ignite their desire to achieve the ultimate goal: gaining control over their dog in these challenging situations.

 

The pre-scripting process facilitated smooth recording and allowed me to employ Natural Reader to generate a high-quality AI text-to-voice recording. The audio provided the informative narration necessary for the instructional video.

Video Production:

With the recorded audio completed, I proceeded to create the animation. The video incorporated a carefully selected color scheme and featured well-designed characters to engage the viewers. Syncing the AI-generated voiceover with the visuals, I created a cohesive and engaging experience for the audience. After a few adjustments, the video was ready for presentation.
